  Middle name on the marriage record at familysearch.org says her middle name was Cleveland. It might be Obenland, after her mother's maiden name. So far, I can't find any connection to the name Cleveland. There is a Ruth Hope who was born on 7 May 1896 in Manhattan County, NY (certificate 23263) There is a Freda M Hopp who was born 18 May 1896 in Kings County, NY (certificate 7398) There is a Ruth Hopp who married John Philips on 21 Jun 1934 in Kings County, NY 9certificate #9236) In the 1930 Census, Ruth is listed as Hopp, not Shea.
