This is different than the one I received from Los Angeles County. This has lines of information crossed out. For instance, under "Birthplace of Father", "Maysville, KY" written. Then the Maysville is crossed out, leaving just KY. The same for his mother's birthplace, and James Lee Huston's current address. The same is true for the bride.
