  Dates on Find A Grave Memorial look to be taken from gravestone. They might not be correct due to the condition of the stone. Pennsylvania and New Jersey Church and Town Records state he died on 9 Jan 1900 at the age of 3 years, 1 month and 18 days. If this is correct, his birthdate would be 18 Nov 1897, not the 16th.
